Pairing a Hub

Open Hub Mode on the spare phone or tablet, create or choose a Nursery, then enter the short-lived Pairing Code shown on the Remote.

Audio and Bluetooth

The Hub plays audio. For audio-only use, it may sit anywhere it can keep a Bluetooth connection to the Nursery speaker. When using the camera monitor, place the Hub in the Nursery.

Sleep Timers and All Night

Choose a Sleep Timer preset or create a custom duration with a Fade. All Night keeps playback running until you stop it manually.

Email support@lullabies.baby with your device model, app version, Nursery setup, and a short description of what happened. Never include passwords, pairing codes, or purchase receipts.

Lullaby credits

A quick FAQ on how credits work for Make a Lullaby.

What is a credit?

One credit is spent each time a Make a Lullaby request is accepted for generation. Credits are never spent for anything else.

How many credits come with Lifetime?

Monthly includes 1 credit per paid period. Lifetime includes 2 starter credits. Extra packs contain 5 or 12 credits. One credit makes one Generated Lullaby. Earned and purchased credits do not expire when a subscription ends; your own ready Generated Lullabies remain playable. Additional packs contain 5 or 12 credits.

What happens if a generation fails?

If a generation is rejected or fails, your credit is refunded automatically — you are never left short for a Lullaby you did not receive.

Is there a limit on requests?

You can request up to 5 Make a Lullaby generations in any rolling 24-hour period, to keep the queue fair for everyone.
