Delete your Lullabies account
You can delete your account and its associated data from the Lullabies app.
In the app
On your Remote, sign in to the account you want to delete. Open Settings → Delete account, then confirm both prompts. This starts deletion of this device’s anonymous Hub identity and its problem reports, and removes its pairing. Your parent account and Nursery remain. Deletion continues until its status shows completed. This cannot be undone.
What happens next
Deletion removes your account, owned Nurseries, membership, Uploads and Generated Lullabies, Moments, Night Insights and notification tokens. The app keeps a private deletion receipt and can check the request after sign-out. Keep it installed until completion is confirmed; a pending request is not a completed deletion.
If you cannot use the app
Email support@lullabies.baby from the address associated with your account to request deletion. We may need to verify account ownership. Never send a password, sign-in code or photos of your child.

Limited deletion guards, purchase/processor records, logs, backups and soft-deleted files may remain subject to their retention rules. Copies saved to Photos stay on your device until you remove them. See the privacy policy for the current details and unresolved retention items.
